In 1949, Chongqing NO.18 middle school was founded. This school became the first key middle school of Sichuan province, and the first batch of key middle schools Since Chongqing became municipality. There were 112 classes, 6000 students, and 412 teachers. The school-based curriculum of NO.18 middle school in Chongqing had enjoyed high reputation. Starting from the autumn of 2010, the initial year of middle school began high school new curriculum reform and in the next five years carried out the specific practice. The development of school-based curriculum was typical and representative. During summarize, practice, research of school-based curriculum, it has reference to other schools.By means of literature research, survey method, author completed a questionnaire among grade 2 students of Chongqing NO.18 middle school. Questionnaire included student interest and other personal basic situation, performance in classroom, teaching methods, learning objectives, contents of evaluation and Suggestions to the development of school-based curriculum and so on. author completed the questionnaire among teachers of Chongqing NO.18 middle school, Zishui middle school and NO.203 middle school. Zishui middle school and NO.203 middle school in contrast to NO.18 middle school.The questionnaire mainly included the school-based curriculum development, pressure and burden on developers, participation way, teaching methods, training mode, teaching content and difficulties in the process of development. After completed the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, summarize main problems and success of school-based curriculum in Chongqing NO.18 middle school in five years. The strategies and suggestions aimed at the existed problems in the development of school-based curriculum in NO. 18 middle school. There were many suggestions such as Changing the training mode, improving quality, promoting the enthusiasm of teachers to develop school-based curriculum, improving the development of the teachers, giving full play to the role of school-based teaching and research, developing school-based curriculum resources, strengthening the circulation district and school level, creating school districts and sharing curriculum resources system in Chongqing.
