"Underachievers"are the students refers to the normal intelligence, no defects learning skills, because the day after tomorrow the test result is lower than the average for a long time or minimum standards, often in violation of the code of conduct, in violation of students’ classroom discipline. In education practice, "underachiever" phenomenon is an inevitable phenomenon, and in recent years this problem be attention and research by the researchers and practitioners, previous studies are put "underachiever" society’s big background to study the causes of its formation, but most of the students time is spent in school, the school education this kind of organized and systematic education on the formation of a "progressive" has played a big role. "Underachiever" problem is the school education headaches, but to some extent at the same time school education to ignore it,but to some extent at the same time, some schools ignore this problem, so this researcher walked into a public high school to specifically for analysis the formation of "underachiever" in education.The paper is made up of five partsThe first part is the preface, the researcher discusses the origin and meaning of research, generalizes the existing research from the two aspects, the concept of "underachiever" and the causes and countermeasures, and summarizes the characteristics of the existing research and the foothold of this study, and describes the selection of this study and application of research methods in the study.The second part, the researchers used a variety of methods to observe, interview, physical collection, etc., through the status quo on the "losers" of life outside the classroom activity description, to show them the real situation in the school, so as to analysis of the formation of a "progressive" in school education.The third part,this researcher will from the four aspects to explore the influence between schools on the "losers" formation,they are class’s and grade’s settings from the school planning, the arrangement of the school curriculum, teacher education teaching and the students exchanges, and then express "underachiever" is actually the others people to the division of students, but in fact is should not be classified between students, more should not give up a part of the student’s education, education should be respecting students’ differences, promoting the development of each student.The fourth part, analysis "underachiever" is not passively accept their classification, puts forward the three ways of "underachiever" struggle,in order to help educators explain the educational practice of "losers" of some seemingly incomprehensible behavior.The fifth part, according to the school education analysis on the causes of the formation of "underachiever" transformation strategy is given. School regular education thought is the focus to realize the transformation, establishing evaluation system to promote the development of people is the catalyst to realize the transformation, optimizing classroom teaching is the effective way to achieve transformation, establish a good relationship between teachers and students is the key to realize the conversion.In short, "Underachiever" phenomenon can be appearing is because the improper school education, is a result of student was to be classified by the human in the school education,the school education has been transformed, educators can equal treatment of each student to recognize differences, respect for differences, differences in development, students will can get better development.
