New Media From The Perspective Of Contemporary College Students' Ideological And Political Education Present Situation, Question And Countermeasure Research

With the rapid development of information thchnology, new media continue to appear. Compare with the traditional media, the new media is a constantly changing concepts, it's including mobile phone SMS, digital TV, Internet, blog, micro-blog etc.. As the Communication master Mcluhan sayed:the medium is the message itself. It means that in the course of communication content is not so important, the most important thing is the vector changes which bearing the dissemination of the contents. For its unique characteristics,New media into the lives of students at astonishing speed, and the new media has become an indispensable part of the students' study, life and work. The emergence of new media will inevitably cause new trend in the ideological and political education for the the contemporary college students. So, firstly, this article will based on the definition, characteristics, classification of the new media, with the help of the communication effect theory, analysis of new media technology on the ideological and political education,and trying to propose solution to these problems and the urgency of the need.This article mainly divides into four parts.Part one, the concept of the new media, including new media content, classification and characteristics of new media on contemporary university students, positive and negative affect, as well as in the emergence of new media, the importance and necessity of strengthen contemporary college students' Ideological and political education.part two, analysis the gatekeeper theory, opinion leader theory and the spiral of silence theory, trying to find out the solution to achieve the ideal effect on the new media ideological and Political Education.part third, new media brought double influenc to the contemporary college students' Ideological and political education,the current situation of Ideological and political education, to the contemporary ideological and political education in universities,the new media is not only the opportunity, it is a challenge too.part fourth, from the legislation, the ranks of Ideological and political education and students' own three aspects, to find out the measures of Ideological and political education of College students after the new media appeared. Guiding the ideological and political education of contemporary college students use of new media in a right way, to minimize the negative impact of the new media.
