The Chinese Communist Party Eighteenth National Congress in November 2012 clearly states: "Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress." Visibly,the party and the state stress the importance of education in national development and national progress.Strengthening and improving students' ideological and political education are not only closely related to the healthy growth of the majority of high school students,but also closely linked with the country and the nation's future and destiny.The new curriculum reform of high school politics course gradually promotes,bringing opportunities and challenges for high school ideological and political education.Higher requirements for high school politics teacher are put forward in concept of education and teaching philosophy,classroom teaching forms,teaching methods,and to improve the quality of education,we must strengthen the curriculum reforms to improve the curriculum execution of teachers.It is an important task placed in front of the society to find the right entry point for our middle school students ideological and political education to adapt to the times.High school students,as a special social group,in the critical period of development,pioneering and innovative form of ideological and political education in line with China's national conditions should be achieved,so that this particular age group are in healthy growth,which is an important issue placed in front of many experts and political workers.Students' ideological and political quality of education directly affects the overall quality of college students.Middle school students are an important force for building a moderately prosperous society,to achieve political civilization,material civilization,spiritual civilization and ecological civilization.We need a lot of aspiring young people to work hard.Students' ideological and political education is an important way to improve the overall quality of high school students and the inherent requirements to cultivate good moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities of high school students.Although reform of high school students ideological and political education continues to carry out,the current society pays little attention to ideological and political course knowledge,and the school's curriculum management deficiencies in politics,with teachers' weakness in the ideological and political curriculum implementation and the middle school students' low morality,politics consciousness.These problems are not provided with a very good solution.Through methods of literature analysis,comparative research and case study,this paper studys current middle school politics teachers' curriculum execution ability,as well as the problems and solutions,so as to realize improvement of job training and pre-job training in educational institutions,promoting independent development of politics teachers' curriculum execution and other aspects of the execution of the meaning and providing some suggestions for curriculum development and curriculum leader.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part describes the background for the execution of middle school politics course,mainly on the needs of the new curriculum reform,and the need of course execution research as well as its status and methods,and so on.The second part analyzes and summarizes of the theory of course executive power,and also describes the development status and trajectory of the executive force in China.The third part,respectively,from four aspects of society,schools,teachers and students,etc.to illustrate existing problems in the ideological political course implementation.The fourth part makes analysis of factors affecting course implementation,identifying the in-dept causes of the problems.The fifth part makes analysis of the problems of the ideological and political courseand its influencing factors based on the third and fourth part.The corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to the actual situation of our country and the comprehensive implementation of the ideological and politics,hoping to promote China's politics course further reform and development.The sixth part is the execution of the ideological and political course reflected in the specific case of teaching.
