Marxism on practice believes that practice is the fundamental way of human existence and development. The purpose of education is to train people and to promote human development. The school education is the main channel to train people achieve education and promote human development. Based on these contents, we can conclude that, in the school education through participation in practical activities allow learners to acquire knowledge, exercise skills, train emotional attitude and values in such a manner,which is consistent with the culture of Marxist theory practice requirements, and easier to achieve the purpose of education. Such teaching is called activity method of teaching. Because the activity method of teaching has a positive effect to subject education, so the research of activity method of teaching is very necessary.Politics course in high school is the main way of ideological and moral education in school, and its purpose is to allow students to understand the political common sense, the culture of political emotions and attitudes, improve students’political literacy. Activity method of teaching has a positive effect to achieve the goal of teaching high school courses, so I studies the practice of activity method of politics teaching in high school.This paper investigates the practice of activity method of politics teaching in high school. The survey methods include questionnaires and interviews. Survey objects include three schools:A school in Xi’an (new curriculum reform school), B school in Xi’an, C school in Shiyan. After the end of the investigation, the practice of the high school politics activities teaching is discussed in the form of paper, which purpose is to clear the understanding of the practice of the high school politics activities teaching, identify problems, propose practical solutions. The paper discusses the practice of activity method of politics teaching in high school from the four sections.The first part is prolegomenon, which includes the background of the issues raised, the significance of the research, the current research of China and abroad, research content and methods, the shortage and innovation shortage of the research.The second part is an overview of the high school politics activities teaching, includes the meaning and characteristics of teaching activities, the meaning and the characteristics of high school politics activities teaching, high school politics teaching theory basis and the practical significance of the high school politics activities teaching.The third section presents the exist issue of the high school politics activities teaching practice, and its causes is analyzed.The fourth part proposes appropriate optimization strategies for the causes of problems in the activity method of teaching of politics in senior high school.
