Geography teaching in middle school under the new curriculum reform is required to highlighting the characteristics of interesting, energy, motivation, pragmatic and efficient. It means to attract students, guide students and educate students by the artistic charm of classroom teaching, to cultivate talented students to adapt to the society and the future needs. History is moving forward in the process of reform, in terms of geographical teaching, not only face the reform and development of the society, and the update of geography, but also the need of the reform of teaching. However, due to the long-term influence of exam-oriented education, geography teaching in high schools in our country has a variety of problems, such as been ignored by the students. The students learning geography have exam oriented tendency, their learning attitude is not positive, and spending less time on it and so on. So it is difficult to achieve the requirements of the new curriculum reform.Flip the classroom, or called reverse the classroom means reversing the arrangement of the teaching and the internalization of knowledge. It changes the roles of teachers and students in traditional teaching and re-planning the use of classroom time, and realizes the innovation of the traditional teaching mode. But in terms of the current system of education essence and the requirement of teaching equipment in China, the application of flipping the classroom in teaching is just a little, not to mention the geography teaching. And the requirements of to the teaching quality of teachers in flipping the classroom results in a lot of geography teachers insufficient in flipping the classroom. The purpose of this article is to provide the reference case and theoretical guidance of flipping the classroom for senior high school geography teachers, and to improve the level of knowledge and skills of high school students, and to help to improve the interest of students and teaching efficiency in class, and to strive to achieve the requirements of the new curriculum reform.The article is based on the study of a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad, making a deep understanding of the application of flipped class in our high school. Combining with the high school geography teaching in China, the flipped classroom teaching mode is applied to the high school geography teaching. It mainly divided into four parts:the introduction part briefly introduces the background and significance of the study, summarizes the current research status at home and abroad, and elaborates the research goal, the innovation, research methods and technical route; The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis, mainly to explain the concept of flipped class, expounds the two theoretical basis-the theory of education and the theory of autonomous learning; The third part describes the geography flipped class design and the application of the principles and the development of technology, and gives practical cases of geography flipped class; The fourth part sums up the conclusion of this paper. And the shortcoming of this paper and the problems requiring further studies are discussed. |
