The amount of physical exercise can improve people’s physical function, promote the health of the body, but in the modern society, the intense work life, higher pressure, participating in sports is to adjust the body and mind, enrich people’s amateur life, has gradually become a part of people’s life. But with the popularity of sports, there is a part of the crowd is not scientific guidance in sports, and blind, excessive exercise, resulting in dependence on motion, force yourself to must take part in the sports, otherwise normal working life, this situation caused by high intensity exercise, causing bodily injury, decrease the spirit state, produce a series of bad chain reaction. Therefore, the correct view of sports, how to maintain the appropriate amount of exercise, is now more attention problems.Through the study of Chengdu City, amateur tennis participation conducted a questionnaire survey, using SPSS 19.0 to analyze and process the final data, the results are as follows:1、In 203 subjects, through questionnaire survey combined with theoretical study, severe movement dependents have 14 people, accounting for 6.9%, mild exercise dependence on 175 people, accounting for 86.2%, no moving dependents have 14 people, accounting for 6.9%.2、Through to the Chengdu depend on the total score and amateur tennis participants has been fixed number of year, to participate in a week times, each time after correlation analysis results show that the amateur tennis participants movement depends on the total score of Chengdu and the continued life of no correlation (P= 0.097); And depend on the total score (P= 0.000) with the number per week, each time (P= 0.000) were significantly correlated with relevant comparison shows very.3、The Chengdu amateur tennis participants in severe movement dependent group, mild dependents, no motion dependent group (hereinafter referred to as the heavy group, mild group, the asymptomatic group) and sport motivation different dimensions of variance analysis.
