Since2010, China’s "big sister" Li Na at the Australian Open in the medal final success,achieved excellent results in the Grand Slam in tennis more and more of China’s governmentdepartments and national attention, which led to tennis in the rapid development of our country.Tennis Club as grassroots sports organizations carrying tennis development,；its extensivedevelop； to promote the development of China’s tennis plays a particularly important role. Inrecent years, although the pace of development in Chengdu amateur tennis club faster, but overallis still in the early stages of development.Tennis in Chengdu has a good mass base, amateur tennis clubs have been established in recentyears to promote the development of the city tennis. But while developing the club is also facingsome problems. In this paper, Chengdu amateur tennis club for the study, using questionnaires,expert interviews, literature, field visits and other methods Chengdu eight amateur tennis clubmanagers, coaches, and consumer (member) conducted investigate, analyze problems andshortcomings that exist in the development of the club, and the corresponding countermeasures.The results show that:(1) in business management, lack of scientific management system,business model immature;(2) in terms of the management team, staff structure is complex, thelack of comprehensive personnel;(3) in terms of coaching the team, educated, the level of goodand bad, the tendency is not strong career;(4) in terms of consumer groups, personnel distributionis concentrated, single-purpose consumer;(5) fundraising aspect, single channel, lack of socialconcern.Suggestions:(1) Management orderly manner;(2) the quality of the management team integration;(3) professional coaching team work;(4) consumer groups popular culture; diversification (5) waysto raise funds.
