Taiwan has experienced social work in more than 30 years after the specialization course, professional development matures, tends to improve the relevant laws and regulations. Especially in social work education, specialization course has been rapid development. Social work professional practice has gradually been pay attention to it, with the revision of the Taiwan Ministry of Examination qualified social worker license exam, the university’s requirements for professional practice tends to specifications.This research adopts the method of case study, through the investigation of the practice in 9 universities of Taiwan social work professional training system, study of Taiwan College of professional social work. This study attempts to answer the following questions:first, what is the Taiwan College for professional social work practice of the text in the form of rules and regulations? Second, in the process of carrying out professional social work practice in Colleges and universities, is how to establish and maintain the practice base? Universities and training institutions is how to practice, how to supervise the internship evaluation?This research thinks:first, Taiwanese college for social work professional practice introduced clear rules and regulations, the internship process for all the details and a detailed description of the provisions; second, base construction and maintenance mode college internship can be divided into "compact", "loose", "general type" of these three, which "compact" model most conducive to social work practice specialization;Third, in the course of the internship supervisors, universities and community organizations to adopt internship supervisors and individual supervision of these two forms. Steering between the students and the school internships institutions play a conciliatory role; fourth, in the course of the internship evaluation, a total of three assessments, school teachers supervise students for assessment, agency supervisors for student assessment and students’ organizations assessment. In the assessment questionnaires, "phenotype" of the questionnaire can be more fully internships for students to assess the situation.This paper concludes a four-point college social work profession in Taiwan to the mainland internships revelation:first, the social workers into the government’s establishment; second, improve social division examination regulations; and third, to develop a non-profit organization; the first Fourth, we must pay attention to the cultivation of professional supervision. |
