Study On The Practice And Effect Of Talent Cultivation In The "Software Innovation And Engineering Practice Base" Of G College

Practice base is an important foundation for the implementation of practical teaching.It is also an important support to enhance students' comprehensive quality and to guarantee teaching quality in colleges and universities.It is a win-win platform for the cultivation of applied talents and enterprises to meet their own needs."Software innovation and engineering practice base" of G college is a computer professional practice training base which mainly rely on the original software business center and network center.The core goal is to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.Software innovation and engineering practice base helps students to grow up and serves school to transform and develop.This research takes the practice of talent cultivation in the software innovation and engineering practice base of G college as the research object and starts from the practice base's origin of the construction,the development thread,the objectives and requirements of personnel training,the operation mechanism,the educational activity and so on.This research adopts literature research method and investigation of interview,summarizes practical effect of the practice base and points out the difficulties in the development process.It tries to put forward the corresponding development proposals for the predicament and tries to improve the training mode of practice base.At the same time,it will provide a factual basis for research and development of the similar practice base.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The practice and effect of talent cultivation in the software innovation and engineering practice base of G college has achieved some success:improving the knowledge reserve,ability level,comprehensive quality and social competitiveness;promoting the college information construction and personnel training model reform.It has been highly appraised by scholars at home and abroad and has produced a certain economic and social benefits.2.Software innovation and engineering practice base of G college is still in the early formation and faced with some difficulties,such as the student grade structure is unreasonable,part of lower grade students lack of learning enthusiasm,the number of professional teachers is small,some organizations have not yet integrated,the management system is not standardized,the curriculum system is not perfect,the lack of effective evaluation system and quality control mechanism.3.Under the guidance of the concept and theory,this study designs from the personnel training model of the overall framework.According to the six elements of education such as the training objectives and requirements of the practice base,the curriculum system,the allocation of teachers,the operating mechanism,the teaching organization forms and methods,the effective evaluation and the quality control system,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of software innovation and engineering practice base.
