The unique charm of aerobic sports is it have to combine a series moves ofgymnastics and dance to present a kind of conscious and purposeful sports cultureactivity under music rhythm. Music plays mighty role within it. As the music applyingin aerobic sports continually develops, present the art beauty of music through thepower of aerobic sports actions, combine the hearing and vision, which widenpeople’s stereo feeling of aerobic sports. Music is the “spirit”, which addswonderful color in it and make people feel they are being there when hearing themusic.The research mainly takes the music in the high school aerobics class teachingapplication for the research object, adopts literature material method, questionnairesurvey method, talking with experts method, mathematical statistics method and logicanalysis method, etc. carry on the theoretic research through the role of music inaerobic sports, the style and kind of music in aerobic sports, the choosing of music inaerobic course, the applying of the music of aerobic sports and combine the highschool students is developing feature to research the reasonable applying of music inaerobic sports teaching.main achievements are below.This paper takes the relationship between the music and the aerobics teaching inhigh school as the breakthrough point.In order to improve high school students furtherunderstanding of aerobics,on the role of music in aerobics are described:selection ofmusic,including music style,content,the rhythm of the selection and acquisition ofbasis;combined with the characteristics of high school students’ physical and mentaldevelopment,recognizing that the understanding of aerobics,develop the aerobicslearning interest,form good aerobics learning attitude and the application of music andaerobics teaching practice closely together.This research is mainly based on theShandong Province aerobics class to carry out better10high school500students and20in aerobics teaching teachers as the research object,to high school aerobicsexercises in the teaching of music elements as the content of the investigation and therelated research of colleges and universities in Shandong Province experts were interviewed in aerobics teaching,using methods of mathematical statistics and logicalanalysis of the collected information integration,so as to find out the in high schoolaerobics teaching in music aspect beneficial to the aerobics teaching practice ofsustainable development condition,the high school aerobics class more orderlydevelopment.
