College students as the main force in the future social construction, not only toknowledgeable, moral noble, but also need to have a strong physique and health body.However, from the2010national physique monitoring report can be seen, thephysical fitness of college students in our country is not ideal, especially femalecollege students physique situation even more is not optimistic, which is sufficient tocause attaches great importance to the country, society and school. The introduction ofcollege students in today’s fashion can not only stimulate students’ learning interest,but also cultivate students’"lifelong sports", and can improve students’ physiquelevel..Cheerleading is a unique charm of the sport, embodies a concentrated reflectionof the youthful, healthy to the team spirit, to the pursuit of fashion, reflect happy,excited personality traits by many students of heat pursued.Although Cheerleading in our country is developing rapidly, but because of therelatively short time, students to La exercises and understanding of the movement isnot sufficient, it will not help the cheerleading in the popularization and promotion ofChina’s colleges and universities.This paper selects Shandong Yingcai college in the class of2013non sportsprofessional20female college students as subjects, using the method of literature,experiment, physical test method and data statistics, through of female collegestudents of36weeks cheerleading training, combined with the test indexes of"National Students’ Physique Health Standard" provisions of the and physical changesto objects in different stages of experimental analysis, to comprehensive, in-depthstudy of Lala exercise influence on female college students’ physique, let people fullyknow and understand the cheerleading fitness value, to female college students choosesuitable project to provide reference, promote Cheerleading in the popularization anddevelopment. The results show that:1, in the aspects of body shape, through36weeks La exercises, the height offemale college students without significant growth (P>0.05), and body weight was significantly reduced, resulting in BMI was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Thatlong to participate in cheerleading training is conducive to reduce fat weight-loss,maintain the posture is lightsome, to improve body shape has significant effect, canmeet the needs of the female students in the pursuit of the beauty of physique andhealth.2, in terms of physical function, through36weeks cheerleading gymnasticstraining, capacity has increased significantly (P <0.01), indicating that thecheerleading training to improve the vital capacity of female college students hasobvious promoting effect, can effectively improve the level of female college studentsphysical function.3, in terms of physical quality, female college students after36weeks ofCheerleading training,50meters,800meters, the seat body flexion, standing longjump, one minute sit ups performance has significantly increased (P <0.01). Thus, fora long time in cheerleading training for female college students speed, agility, strength,flexibility, endurance has a significant role in promoting. From the visible to theachievement of quality indicators, body anteflexion in sitting position reached"excellent" rating, indicating that cheerleading for improving flexibility has a moresignificant effect.4, through the before and after the experiment of female college studentsphysical fitness test scores were paired samples t test showed that, the female collegestudents’ physical fitness test scores is significantly increased (P <0.01), the rate ofexcellent and good rate is increased significantly. Can explain the cheerleadingtraining to improve female college students’ physical fitness test scores has obviouseffect, can effectively improve the physique, promote the healthy development.
