Objective: Students’ physical health has always been a national concern.In recent years,students’ physical fitness test results are based on the passing level,indicating that there is a huge room for improvement in the physical fitness of college students in my country.Improving the physical health of students is an urgent problem that needs to be solved at present.The main advantages of "HIIT fat-burning exercise" are short time,high intensity,strict control of intervals,and alternating exercises.In addition to mobilizing students’ enthusiasm and excitement by adding background music,password instructions,etc.,there are also higher requirements for students’ physical quality.For college students who don’t like to spend a lot of time and usually don’t have the leisure time to exercise,HIIT is a novel and effective exercise method to improve physical fitness.By exploring the influence of "HIIT fat-burning exercise" on whether the physical fitness of female college students can be improved,this paper designs a training program to intervene,and provides basic theoretical reference for the practice of physical education teaching.Methods: This article adopts the method of literature materials,expert questionnaires,experiments and mathematical statistics,and selects 40 female college students from Guangdong Ecological Engineering Vocational College as the experimental objects.Among them,20 people in the experimental group use HIIT training,and 20 people in the control group use routine training(The training content was intervened in accordance with the teaching plan),and the training load was the same as that of the experimental group;the pre-experimental test showed that there was no difference in the physical fitness indicators of the experimental subjects,and the experimental intervention was carried out for 10 weeks,2 classes/week,and45min/time.Test the indicators specified in the "National Physical Health Standard for Students",the Quetole index and the basic heart rate index,and perform statistical processing on the relevant data;Results: 1.After the experiment,the total scores of the two groups were effectively improved(P < 0.01),and the improvement effect of the HIIT group was better than that of the control group;2.The HIIT group had significant changes in body composition,including body weight,BMI and Ketolai index(P < 0.01),while the HIIT group had no significant changes in body weight and Ketolai index(P > 0.05),while the BMI index had significant differences(P < 0.05).3.In terms of cardiopulmonary function,vital capacity and basal heart rate of subjects in both groups were effectively improved,with very significant changes(P <0.01);4.In terms of physical fitness,800 m,standing long jump,sitting forward and 1minute sit-up were effectively improved(P < 0.01),50 m race,HIIT group had significant difference(P < 0.05),while the control group had very significant difference(P < 0.01);Conclusion: 1.After 10 weeks of exercise intervention,in terms of the total score of students’ physical fitness test evaluation,the total scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement effect of the HIIT experimental group was slightly better than that of the control group;2.In terms of body composition,all indicators of the HIIT experimental group were effectively improved,while the weight and Quetole index of the control group did not improve,but the BMI index decreased;3.In terms of cardiopulmonary function,the vital capacity of both groups was improved,and the basal heart rate decreased;4.In terms of physical fitness,both groups have been effectively improved.From the change value,the improvement of the HIIT experimental group is better than that of the control group,but the HIIT experimental group has a poor effect on the improvement of 50 m running performance.
