| Objective: The purpose of this study is to study the aerobic fitness,which is an important index of physical health.The purpose of this study is to carry out a 15 week eight section brocade combined breathing training for female college students with special physique,in order to verify whether the teaching of eight section brocade combined breathing training can improve the aerobic working ability of female students with special physique,and explore the eight section brocade combined breathing The correlation and influence between training and aerobic fitness of female college students with special physique,further supplement the content of Baduanjin combined breathing training in the field of physical education.Methods: 30 female college students with special physique in Guangzhou University were divided into Baduanjin training group(group A)and Baduanjin combined breathing training group(group B),with 15 students in each group.Before and after the intervention,the indexes of oxygen uptake,utilization and transportation of aerobic fitness were measured.SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis.The paired sample t-test,independent sample t-test and correlation analysis were used for each index data collected before and after the experiment.All index data were presented in the form of mean ± standard deviation.Through data processing and analysis,the paper further discusses and analyzes the influence of 15 week teaching on aerobic fitness of female college students with special physique.Results:(1)in the indexes of oxygen uptake,the forced vital capacity and the maximum ventilation capacity(P < 0.05)of both groups A and B could be significantly increased by 15 weeks of exercise intervention;the lung capacity and the forced breathing volume of one second in the combination of Baduanjin and breathing training group were also significantly increased(P < 0.05),and the two indexes of lung capacity and the maximum ventilation capacity were compared with those of Baduanjin training group The difference was significant(P < 0.05).(2)Among the indexes of oxygen utilization,there were significant differences in oxygen saturation and blood perfusion index(P < 0.05).(3)Among the indexes of oxygen transport capacity,there were significant differences in right arm systolic pressure and right ankle brachial index before and after the experiment in group A(P < 0.05);there were significant differences in right arm systolic pressure and left arm systolic pressure before and after the experiment in group B(P < 0.05);but there were no significant differences in a and B(P < 0.05)(4)forced vital capacity and one second exertion of oxygen uptake index There was a positive correlation between the respiratory volume and the ratio of one second forced respiratory volume to forced vital capacity,but no correlation between other indexes.The diastolic pressure of the right arm was negatively correlated with the right ankle brachial index,the left arm was negatively correlated with the left ankle brachial index,the right ankle was positively correlated with the left ankle diastolic pressure,and the left ankle was positively correlated with the left ankle brachial index The left ankle brachial index was positively correlated with resting heart rate,while the other indexes were not;there was no correlation among the indexes of oxygen utilization capacity.Conclusion:(1)Through 15 weeks of Baduanjin training and Baduanjin combined breathing training,the related indexes of the oxygen uptake ability of the subjects were significantly improved,and the overall effect of Baduanjin combined breathing training group was more obvious.(2)Through 15 weeks of Baduanjin training and Baduanjin combined breathing training,the related indexes of oxygen utilization of the subjects were significantly improved,and the overall effect of Baduanjin combined breathing training was more obvious.(3)Through 15 weeks of Baduanjin training and Baduanjin combined breathing training,Baduanjin training group significantly reduced the right arm systolic pressure of the oxygen utilization ability of the subjects,but significantly increased the right ankle brachial index;Baduanjin combined breathing training significantly reduced the right arm systolic pressure and left arm systolic pressure of the subjects.(4)There is a certain correlation between the indexes of oxygen uptake capacity and oxygen transport capacity,but there is no correlation between the indexes of oxygen utilization. |
