With information technology as technical support and educational idea to promote personalized learning as theoretical support, Flipped Classroom is a new teaching model which is changing and enriches traditional teaching. As an important content of electrochemistry, principles of primary cells is a focus in the study of chemistry teaching. This thesis is trying to apply Chemical Flipped Classroom Model to Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry Course, and discusses how to effectively develop chemical Flipped Classroom teaching practice by the example of primary cells teaching.Firstly, based on the theory of Social Constructivism, Mastery Learning and so on, this thesis elaborates on the Flipped Classroom about development, connotation, practice and effect, and Flipped Classroom models. Then this thesis briefly explains primary cells teaching research present situation in different stages. Secondly, on the basis of the existing research status, the thesis designs the Chemical Flipped Classroom Model and the flow chart, and designs the learning resources and materials for evaluation. Thirdly, under the guidance of the designed model, this paper carries on the flipped classroom practice study in the primary cells teaching. Through the contrast research, the thesis tests the validity of the designed model in the evolvingcomparison and overall comparison. In the end, this thesis gets the conclusions:the designed chemical Flipped Classroom model is feasible and valid; Flipped Classroom is conducive to mastery of knowledge and the construction of knowledge structure; Flipped Classroom is beneficial to improve the learning ability.
