School-based curriculum development is the focus of the current new curriculum reform, but as the basic disciplines of language, the development of its school-based curriculum is a top priority, currently we have carried out a lot of the school--based curriculum of Chinese and have achieved some results, but also has many problems. One of the most prominent problem is that many teacher seem the textbook as the only school-based curriculum resources, seen the development of school-based curriculum as simply as compile textbooks.For this, I will elaborate the paper divided into four parts; the first part is the preface, the main task is to definition of school-based and many people seen school-based curriculum of Chinese courses as well as "the only textbook". As well as research status, significance, research ideas, etc. and the second part is divided into three chapters, the first chapter is selected representative city of N the current status of the development and implementation of the Chinese school based curriculum investigations, including cognitive status and the actual running of both the status quo; the second chapter is analyze the textbook is the only reason for the existence of the status quo, including internal reasons schools and also have external reasons; the third chapter is how to solve this problem.
