In the 1990 s, China’s higher education system and the structure of the profound reform and adjustment pull open the prelude to the popularization of higher education, local colleges and universities the number has increased dramatically, the structure is also increasingly diverse. On September 2,2014, the ministry of education announced at a news conference in 2013, basic situation of teachers. The department of education has released findings from all kinds of schools,14.7682 million full-time faculty members at all levels, among them, the ordinary institutions of higher learning full-time teachers,1.4969 million people. Middle-aged and young teachers have become the main body of primary and secondary schools and university teachers, this shows the primary and secondary schools and colleges and universities teachers’ age structure in constant optimization. College teachers in 45 years old (including) the following account for 72.43% of the full-time teachers,1.076 million. Rigid administration in colleges and universities and the competition in the interpersonal relationship, make living space in the local university teachers’ professional further squeezed, local colleges and universities young teacher professional condition influence factor is particularly important.This study is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, emphasis on selected topic background, research significance, literature review, research ideas and the shortage of the research methods and research and innovation. The second part mainly is defining the relevant concepts of this study, to lay a good foundation for this study at the same time, from the teacher career development stages theory and occupational stress, job burnout, such as theory, discusses the theory of local colleges and universities young teacher professional development. The third part is the investigation and analysis, through the questionnaire survey to investigate Y university young teachers, young teachers in local colleges to understand the professional status of survival. The fourth part mainly discusses the main problems of young university teachers professional survival status and existing problems were analyzed, and the cause of through survey of Y university young teachers, emphatically from the aspects of young teachers in teaching and scientific research work, innovation of working is analyzed. The fifth part in order to improve the young teachers in local colleges career related strategy of survival.
