The eighteenth communist party report clearly put forward that:“promoting prosperity,democracy,civility,and harmony, upholding freedom,equality,justice and the rule of law and advocating patriotism,dedication,integrity,and friendship,acticely cultivating and observing core socialist values.”The dedication was the first time to rise to the height of the core values, became the rule of basic value of citizens must abided by.Young teachers in colleges and universities is the main force of university teachers, their professional status directly determines the quality of personnel training in colleges and even affects the future of the nation.The study of young university teachers’ professional values education, is the effective measures to cultivate and practice the socialist core values fell fine, small, and implement,and is also the the objective requirement to improve the overall quality of university teachers and to accelerate the development of college students.Guided by the marxist theory, the research used the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method. The study systematicly analyzed the present situation of young university teachers’ professional values education, and has deeply done research on ways of how to strengthen the young university teachers’ professional values education on this basis.The empirical results show that: as a whole, young university teachers’ professionalism is in good condition and their professional values education has achieved some results. But because of some universities’ less emphasis on professional values education, the negative impact of the social environment, and a handful of young teachers lack of professional spirit cultivation, the young university teachers’ professional values education still exists some problems that cannot be ignored,including less awareness of the importance of professional values education, no continuity and normalization of education, insufficient education content, less attractive education methods and carriers.To get the maximum effectiveness of the young university teachers’ professional values education,we must follow the pertinence principle, permeability principle, demonstrative principle and systematic principle.Additionaly, we must pay full attention to the young university teachers’ professional values education, enrich the contents of professional values education, optimize the education environment, innovate education methods, and pioneer education carriers.
