Education is very crucial to national development, and so is teacher to education.With the development of education, our country have been trying to improve the quality of education. The full-time master of education, as outstanding candidates, bear the development of future education. The basic education reform puts forward higher demands and challenges on teachers. In order to actively respond to these challenges, the full-time master of education should be well prepared for teaching career, and enhance their career competence.Based on the job matching theory and combined with the study of the full-time master of education in Yangzhou university, this paper tries to find the existing problems during their career preparation and analyzes the possible reasons for the existing problems. Then this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:Theory. Above all, this part gives an definition of some keywords and then, discusses about the structure and ideas which could be useful in this study. Discussion is based on the job matching theory.The second part:Investigation. This part includes research objectives, research methods, research contents and the analysis of the research results.The third part:Analysis. The career preparation of the full-time master of education has some problems such as inadequate self-knowledge, low level of teachers’ professional identity, lacking professional knowledge and professional skills, unhealthy employment psychologies.The last part:Suggestions. The suggestions is put forward from three levels:the government, the universities and the college students.
