with the steady development of basic education education in China,the national requirements for the quality of basic education teachers have been increasing year by year.The full-time Master of Education serves as a reserve army for basic education teachers,the enhancement of its teaching ability and comprehensive quality is an important impetus to the improvement of the quality of basic education education in China.The improvement of teaching ability of master of education depends on the effective operation of full-time Master of Education Training Mode.In view of this,we should optimize the training mode of full-time Master of Education and enhance the teaching ability of full-time master of education.This research takes the theory of teachers' professional development and the theory of People's all-round development as the theoretical basis.This paper investigates the training mode of full-time Master of Education from the perspective of teaching preparation,and analyzes the component elements of the training mode of full-time master of education,such as training objective,training process,running condition,quality guarantee,etc.And then the value presupposition of the full-time education master's training mode from the perspective of teaching preparation,this paper also discusses the quality characteristics of the full-time Master of Education Training mode from the aspects of the professional orientation of full-time master of education teachers,the reflection of educational practice,and the development of knowledge and ability.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes an empirical investigation on H University's full-time education master training mode.This paper investigates and analyzes the problems and deficiencies of H University's full-time Master of Education Training Mode from four aspects: training goal,training process,running condition and quality guarantee.According to the survey results,this study focuses on the training objectives,curriculum system,teaching methods,educational practice,tutorial system,flexible school system,etc.some suggestions are put forward to optimize the training mode of full-time Master of Education from the perspective of teaching preparation.In order to optimize and perfect the training mode of full-time Master of education,improve the teaching ability of full-time master of Education,and promote the professional development of Master of education teachers.
