As the development of economy,in order to adapt into its requirement for high-end applied talents,and to make the master education provide better service for social development,and in some sense,to relieve unemployment of current graduates,in March,2009,Ministry of Education in China launched policies to expand the recruiting of full-time master program in full swing,especially for those freshly graduated bachelors.The full-time masters of education is late in getting started,the cultivating model still in the stage of exploration and innovation.It puts forward the suggestion of Cultivating Model of Full-time Masters of Primary Education(CMFMPE)with characteristic of professional degree based on the theory for the construction of CMFMPE,combining full-time Master of primary school education status and the training analysis program text.The main truck of this article can be divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,this chapter mainly from the issues at home and abroad about Master of education research review,research purpose and significance,and research methods of these 5 aspects are expounded,and the "full-time education master","primary school education" and "Curriculum training courses targeted" the definition of the related concepts of.The second chapter is the analysis of the master plan of the full-time primary school education in China.The text analysis of primary school education full-time Master training program of this chapter institutions directly under the Ministry of education,Provincial Normal Universities and comprehensive universities were selected from the 6 colleges,found the problem training target is not clear,the curriculum structure should be optimized,showing its training program.The third chapter is the comparison between the master of Education(primary education)and the master of Education(curriculum and teaching theory).Through the empirical analysis of the training objectives and curriculum setting,the specific differences between the two degrees in the training of talents are further clarified.The fourth chapter is about the status of the master training of full-time primary school education in China.This paper uses questionnaire survey method to discuss the training status quo from 7 aspects: the basic situation of students,training objectives,overall satisfaction of curriculum,curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.The fifth chapter is theoretical researches and suggestions for the CMFME.Based on text analysis and investigation of present situation,and combined with the theory of the professional development of teachers,this part provides a system thinking such as defining training objectives based on the competency of primary school teacher,constructing curriculum map with reflective practice ability,improving the training process oriented the professional ability,and distinguishing the evaluation standard oriented the characteristics of application.
