With the development of global economy,more and more residents begin to pay attention to education.The number of vocational training institutions in various industries is increasing rapidly,and the scale and number of vocational schools are also increasing,covering a wide range,including online education,English and finance.Because of the lack of systematic management of educational institutions and the legal basis of management and control institutions in China,the whole education system is not reasonable,showing a relatively chaotic market,which has serious limitations on the further development of training and education companies.For domestic vocational education companies,training and education should be more standardized,industries can be centralized and expanded,and scholars can Systematic research on the overall development.Taking Ordos as an example,the local education and training industry,no matter the development concept,management system or operation mechanism,is still not standardized.As the speed of urban construction is getting faster and faster,some of the farmers and herdsmen have lost their land.These people do not have any practical skills,so it is very difficult to reemployment or start a business,which also has a negative impact on the society.Therefore,it is necessary to train these people in vocational skills.YQ company is a vocational training company engaged in this industry.This paper takes YQ vocational training company as an example,uses the methods of field investigation and exchange interview to fully understand the vocational training needs of YQ company,analyze the situation of competitors,analyze the internal environment and macro environment of YQ vocational training company,and find that YQ vocational training school has relatively vague market positioning,insufficient lecturer resources,imperfect training system and sluggish introduction of new technology After that,the enrollment strength is not enough;further analyze the market competitiveness of YQ vocational training technical school;use SWOT method to summarize the opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages faced by YQ company,and carry out strategic combination to provide basis for the company's development strategy,mainly including market strategy,talent strategy,science and technology strategy,brand strategy,etc.;on this basis,formulate Five implementation strategies: clarifying market positioning,absorbing technical talents,improving curriculum system,introducing relevant technologies,strengthening brand promotion,etc.At the end of the paper,the author puts forward the guarantee measures of organization,talents and technology.
