With China’s economy developing rapidly,the education and training industry has also developed very rapidly.However COVID-19 outbreaks began in the Spring Festival of 2020.The great impact on China’s economic society from the epidemic prevention was particularly strong and obvious in the domestic education and training industry.In July 2021,the "double reduction" policy was introduced,which proposed to rectify off-campus training institutions and will hit the education and training industry even harder.Facing such a complex environment,the competition among the training companies is becoming increasingly fierce.As a local education and training company in Xi’an,Xi’an Wenzhuo education company has also been greatly affected.Determining its development direction of enterprises and formulating effective development strategies have become the key problems that need to be solved urgently.On the basis of a review of relevant domestic and foreign research and an analysis of the company’s operations,this study takes Xi’an Wenzhuo education and training company as the research object,and uses PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model and other tools to analyze the internal and external environment of Xi’an Wenzhuo education and training company.And finally it drew out the opportunities and challenges of the external environment in the industry,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment.Then,by analyzing the relationship between the internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and the external opportunities and threats,and using the SWOT matrix analysis method,a preliminary development strategy plan is formed.Finally,Combined with the characteristics of the industry in which Xi’an Wenzhuo education and training company is located and the development reality of its company,a corresponding development strategy has been formulated for this company in view of its current problems.And it is believed that it should actively transform and adopt diversified development strategy.At last specific strategy implementation measures are specified.From the aspects of optimizing the allocation of internal resources,implementing advanced human resource management and development,it finally proposes corresponding strategic implementation safeguards for Xi’an Wenzhuo education and training company.
