Based on the educational goal of moral education,this study adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,case analysis,mathematical statistics,etc.,to construct the theoretical framework of ideological and political politics of the "practical subject" course of physical education,and discusses the connotation,goal and implementation value of ideological and political politics of the "practical subject" course of physical education.And through the investigation and research on the practical experience of ideological and political implementation of "practical subject" course of physical education in Colleges and universities in Hunan Province,the status quo,effectiveness and deficiencies of ideological and political implementation of "practical subject" course of physical education are summarized,and the deep-rooted reasons leading to the difficulties of ideological and political implementation of "practical subject" course of physical education are deeply explored.The aim is to make the course of classroom teaching of "technical subject" of physical education become the process of guiding students to learn knowledge,temper their mind and develop their character,fully embody the educational function of classroom teaching of "technical subject" of physical education,and realize the maximum effect of education.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Theoretical demonstration is carried out from the characteristics,values and task objectives of the ideological and political courses of the "practical subjects" of physical education,laying a solid foundation for the practical research of the ideological and political courses of the "practical subjects" of physical education.(2)The present situation of ideological and political construction of "practical courses" of physical education in Colleges and universities in Hunan province includes: on the one hand,the cognitive level of ideological and political construction of courses needs to be further deepened;On the other hand,there are many imperfections in the teaching of ideological and political education,such as the excavation of teaching content.(3)Some achievements have been made in the ideological and political construction of "practical" courses of physical education in Colleges and universities in Hunan Province,which are mainly reflected in the following achievements: the ideological and political ideas of courses are getting more and more popular,the effect of education is preliminarily achieved,the teaching resources are increasingly rich,and the typical cases keep emerging.(4)There are some problems in the ideological and political construction of "practical courses" of physical education in colleges and universities in Hunan Province,such as the unique connotation of ideological and political construction of "practical courses" of physical education to be explored,the teaching form to be enriched,the mining of teaching content to be insufficient,the theoretical research to be strengthened,and the effect of education to be improved.(5)The reasons for the problems in the ideological and political construction of "practical courses" of physical education in Colleges and universities in Hunan province are as follows:first,the deficiency of course construction itself;Second,the school lacks the corresponding policy guarantee mechanism;Thirdly,teachers’ ideological and political professional accomplishment is relatively lacking;Fourth,the students’ internal drive to curriculum ideological and political is insufficient.(6)In order to develop the ideological and political construction of the "technical subject" course of physical education in colleges and universities with high quality,it is necessary to take the problem as the breakthrough point,start from the courses,schools,teachers and students,and strive to form a joint force and promote together.
