For a long time, secondary vocational school is the main undertaker in molding primary and intermediate technical talent. Especially after entering the 90s, the talent training focus by the enterprise gradually turned to the school, at that time, training status has been highlighted. With the coming of informational society, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure was accelerated, and labor force demanding from labor-intensive to technological-intensive state, the training quality puts forward to higher requirements, The problem in the practical courses has been exposed clearly, especially the field working as one of the practical courses.Field working as a kind of new social roles takes a strong prepared part in the future works for the secondary vocational students. The article based on the field working through the full. Focusing on the problems and contrasting with the national policies provisions in order to reveal some specific problems. That problems contain as follows:jobs and majors mismatch, poor communication, inadequate protection of the rights, lacking of job training, poor supervision of the school. On the basis, relying on the educational principle of the action-oriented teaching theory and situation cognition learning theory to analyze causes, and then put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.The first part mainly introduces the definition of the field working. Then distinguish with the teaching practice and production practice in order to better clarify the connotation of the field working; The second part mainly elaborates the role and function of the secondary vocational schools, the educational meanings, national policy requirements; The third part mainly describes the problems about Beijing X secondary vocational school and compared to the national policy in order to reflect the field working problems; The fourth part mainly analyze the causes of the problems on the basis of the action-oriented teaching theory and situation cognition learning theory; The fifth part mainly put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures relying on the specific causes of the problems.
