Life education became the most attended education after quality education, life education and quality education became complementary to each other. After all, life education concerns about life. The writer selects the life as the starting-point to help students know life and cherish life, updates the life view of all the educator, it is combined with the best-represented table tennis, it promotes students developing harmoniously and all round, reflects the life is valuable.The article is mainly discussing table tennis theories and life education, especially how the table tennis infiltrates life education. It includes four parts.
