Recently,home-school cooperation gradually recognized by primary school teachersand parents, as one of the ways for the development of students and classmanagement.On one hand, home-school cooperation is of great value.On the otherhand,on the bias of the teachers’ and parents’ understanding and the wrong ways ofcooperating,will lead to negative effects for the students,parents,and so on.This studyis based on the type and value of primary home-school,makes a scrutiny into thenegative effects, causes and strategies of the home-school cooperation.This study centers on five parts.The first part is frontier,this refers to the proposing of question,literaturereview,research approaches and significance.The second part introduce the concept, style and value of the primaryhome-school cooperation. Home-school cooperation refers to the pupils’ parents (orrelatives) and the teachers for the realization of its class to promote the developmentof joint actions. The style of the primary home-school cooperation is family-basedand school-based,in favor of Ma.School-based primary home-school cooperationincludes parent volunteers,class parents pulpit and parents lecture hall,around theschool related activities.Family-based primary home-school cooperation includesfollow-up visit,parents coach their children learning at home,considering the familyactually.The three part discourse the negative effects on pupils,parents and therelationships between parents and teachers of the primary home-schoolcooperation.The negative effects of home-school refers to the adverse effects of theimplementation of the desired effects during or after the implementation ofhome-school generated outside refers to the implementation of the main due tohome-school (including teachers, parents) subjective behavior, due to inappropriateway, the objective cause of all negative influence.Negative effects for students includeside influence of academic achievement,personality and socialization.The negative effects of home-school cooperation on parents is psychological and economicpressure.And the relationships between parents and teachers are also influenced.The fourth part analyze the reasons of the negative effects frommisunderstanding and inappropriate ways.The misunderstanding to the primaryhome-school cooperation is cooperating for the cooperation,making light of negativeeffects.The practice deviation is despite of difference,capability and the parents’ lossof participate in the voice.The fifth part put forward many strategies based on part three and partfour,including institutional improvement,the ideas between teachers andparents,pattern for operation.
