Art education is an important way to promote all-round qualityeducation and effective means of, primary and secondary school educationis the foundation of education and the beginning, middle and primaryschool art education is to cultivate students’ morality, intelligence andphysique, art, labor, all-round development of the common methods. Theminority areas of primary and middle school art education not only tocultivate students’ comprehensive quality as the education goal, but alsoto carry forward and inheriting ethnic culture.Main content of this paper is to describe the modernization processof the present situation of the ethnic groups, and the typical nationalmiddle school of yunnan province nationalization field research, theproduct of urbanization, analyzes the implementation situation of arteducation, summarizing and thinking, finally form the article.Stated in the paper of the article is divided into six parts: first,introduce the second into the theme, living conditions and to the variousaspects of the impact of three aspects to describe the minority to thecurrent situation of urban mobility,reflecting the ethnic groupsgradually urbanization. Finally is the conclusion, summarizes theresearch activity, for the future development direction of art educationenterprise in our country to speculate and hopes This paper argues that: as the implementation of quality educationin our country, basically can be carried out in accordance with therelevant requirements for students of primary and secondary schoolsaround the art education, art education career has been significantdevelopment and improve, but relatively more rapid economic and socialdevelopment, art education obviously can’t keep up with the rhythm of thedevelopment. Especially frontier minority areas, which are relativelylagging behind others in terms of economic, especially, has the extremelyrich and splendid ethnic culture, both in developing art educationundertaking and carry forward the national culture has a uniquegeographical location advantages, but is still in the backward level, lowstatus, the status quo of this have to ponder. Town into a preconditionfor this article is to life status of minority in the city as a startingpoint, to the city’s minority arts education in schools for the realitybasis, for ethnic minorities in the process of the modernization of arteducation is discussed.
