A Study On The Path Of Ideological And Political Education For Ethnic Minority College Students By Integrating Excellent Traditional Culture Of Ethnic Minorities

Because of the economic globalization and the rising popularity of the network information,the minority areas of college students’ ideological concept increasingly complicated and volatile.College students in ideological and cultural aspects in minority areas affected by more and more prominent,especially in the ethnic separatist forces and under the influence of the enemy forces in our country,the unity of ethnic minority areas and the stability of the country has been a severe impact and challenge.In view of this situation,we must advance ideological and political education for undergraduates in the ethnic minorities,continue to explore new ideas for ideological and political education for undergraduates in ethnic minority areas,and improve their ideological and political ideas.The excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities is created and accumulated by ethnic minorities in the long history.It carries the spirit and emotion of ethnic minorities and contains important educational value.Therefore,we can make full use of the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities to carry out ideological and political education for undergraduates in the ethnic minorities.Regarding the ethnic outstanding traditional culture in minority college students as the importance of ideological and political education resources,is beneficial to broaden the vision of ethnic minority college students’ ideological and political education and space,make the content of the ideological and political education more colorful,expand its education methods,and advance the minority college students’ ideological and political education work thorough development.Therefore,it is of great significance to fully explore the excellent elements in the traditional culture of ethnic minorities,and endow them with the implication of the new era,and also integrate them into the ideological and political education of ethnic undergraduates in the ethnic minorities.According to the Marxism and ideological and political education theory,the integrated use of literature analysis,investigation method,with minority tradition culture in an effective way for minority college students’ ideological and political education as the research subject,in the selected topic background and objective to introduce and review the relevant literature evaluation conducted on the basis of research.This paper first defines and interprets the two concepts of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities and the ideological and political education of undergraduates in the ethnic minorities,and then elaborates the theoretical basis and significance of this research topic.In order to enhance the objectivity of the study,this paper takes the form of questionnaire,through the analysis of the data to help us to survey the splendid traditional culture of ethnic minority college students understanding and recognition,but also examines the ethnic outstanding traditional culture into the reality of ideological and political education of undergraduates in the ethnic minorities,so as to help us to understand in its into the main problems existing in the process.According to the performance of the problem,the paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects: individual,family,school and society.In this regard,this paper proposes to form a cultural consciousness and enhance the sense of national responsibility through the personal level;Family level: strengthen education and guidance to create a good atmosphere;At the university level,responsibilities and roles should be clarified to ensure the integration effect;On the social level: optimize the organizational guarantee,consolidate the integration foundation.Exploring the effective path from four dimensions is aimed at making the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities give full play to its ideological and political education through the joint efforts of the four sides.
