Research On The Development Strategy Of Inner

Inner Mongolia Youth League School was founded in1959. It is the first exclusive school affiliated with Inner Mongolia Youth League Committee. In2000, Inner Mongolia Youth League School was changed to be Youth College of Political Science of Inner Mongolia Normal University established by Inner Mongolia Youth League Committee and Inner Mongolia Normal University. After over ten years’ development, Inner Mongolia Youth League School has become a college combining the training to cadres with different levels’higher education as a whole.Since2008, the students attending the National College Entrance Examination gradually reduced, and the higher education in China came into the connotation development stage through rapid development period. The developing goal of higher education was positioned at comprehensively improving the quality, focusing on improving the quality of professional cultivation, the scientific level and the ability of social services. In2013, the Ministry of Education proposed reform of the College Entrance Examination, with simultaneous reform of higher education, namely some universities will be transformed into application-oriented institutions. The aim of the reform is to push colleges to train application and technology-based talents. The conditions of transformation were consistent with the characteristics of technical training requirements. Under such circumstances, the great effort is needed in higher education reform. With the number of students gradually reducing, the competitiveness of colleges is relatively weak and the prospect is not clear. Therefore, how to establish developing goals and make a reasonable strategy becomes an important way to establish their own advantage, realize scientific and sustainable development, which can solve the developmental problems in the representative Inner Mongolia Youth League School in our country.The analysis and research for Inner Mongolia Youth League School is based on the approaches of PEST, SWOT, and Case Study. This article is to conduct an in-depth research to reflect the school’s backgrounds, the situation to be faced with, the external opportunities, challenges as well as strengths and weaknesses of self-development. The purpose of the research is to draw up the strategy for the school’s future development. Meanwhile, the article is oriented scientifically from three aspects, namely, different levels of education, professional cultivation and the service direction, and further brings forth the development goal. That is to set up a top-ranking college with distinguished features, high quality and social evaluation. Through this strategy Inner Mongolia Youth League School is hoped to achieve a better and further development.
