In China, the traditional views of education emphasized the dignity and the respect of teachers; the rigid teacher makes the better outcomes. Even though, the positions of teachers are as important as the god, king and parents. So the criticism to students are natural an unquestionable truth. However, as the increasing voices of democracy and equality. The roles of teachers and students are also changing by time. In recent years, researchers of education keep rallying people to protect the rights of student and improve the position of students. And caused the rights of teachers are declining in society. Once, the famous Professional teacher Ai was invited to the TV show name <Shi hua shi shuo(Tell the truth)> According the interview of Ai she indicated “ There are confusing and difficulties among the education work. It is the responsibilities that teachers to make criticism. But the teachers started to confuse if the criticism is right from now on.” In education practices, it is common phenomenon that the teachers dare not to make criticism on students.Both praise and criticism are exists against each other, it is indispensable method of education in teaching. Why would appear the phenomenon of laissez faire from teacher to student. To this problem, researchers selected several primary schools in Tianjin and Dezhou to do the investigation of the present situation of primary school teachers criticized education implementation. However, the survey found that teachers criticized education is facing a serious deficiency. The main reasons of criticized education are: Social public opinion biased, the relevant laws is imperfect, teacher lack of the art of criticized management; teacher do not timely communication with parents, as well as the rigid and one-way management of school etc. To this problem, in order to promote the teachers’ right of rational criticism back, researchers have mentioned that: Appeal the public opinion fairness and equitable; perfecting the relevant laws and regulation; teachers should learn the art of criticism education; enhancing teachers’ communication skills and strengthen the people-oriented of school’s administrators to achieve the education purpose of healthy and harmonious.
