Because of "teacher criticism" as a result of the education events are frequently exposed, causing social and educational scholars, teachers criticism are marked on education "problem" label. Then, the teacher criticized how evolved into the problem of education? To explain and solve this problem? Through the analysis of the essence of teacher criticism related problems, let the criticism of the means of education by the society and the education of understanding, and effectively serve educational practice, which is the location of the purpose and significance of this research. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, this paper adopts a variety of research methods of literature study, comparative study, case study, hope to collect relevant material, through multiple channels, strive for the understanding of teacher criticism and solve the problems caused by the teacher’s criticism to provide some new ideas.This paper selected primary and secondary teachers criticized the study, the research analyzes the problems of teachers criticized the emergence of critical issues for teachers are classified and education from the inside and outside positions on issues of concern were the teachers criticized attribution. Criticism within the educational stand point, such as a general teacher’s professional ability, knowledge and ideas of professionalism problem.
