This paper adopts literature retrieval, teaching practice, case analysis, the methods of questionnaire and student interview. Based on constructivism learning theory, from the experts and scholars chemical known to the student to find the theory basis for development of research and practice. Combining the teaching practice in the teaching line itself, through the analysis of teaching cases, try to use the chemical experiment teaching to promote students to the development of chemical knowledge. Through using the method of questionnaire and interview, the teaching effect, feedback analysis of students in cognition Angle, know the way to the development of these two aspects.The study found that the chemical experiment in promoting a positive part in the development of students to understand. That in comparative classes and experimental classes of students in solving the level of knowledge problem such as "know, know" reflected the difference is not obvious, but meet specific problem situation, you need to call students’ prior knowledge to solve the problem, the experimental class students performed significantly better than that in comparative classes students performance, their performance in the field of knowledge transfer. In observing the experiment phenomenon, experimental classes of students view more, more keen observation, when thinking has a certain concept of particles, the concept of "energy", understanding of issues more in-depth, more press close to the nature of the material response.
