The construction of socialist new countryside is an important part of constructing the socialist harmonious society, the development of rural human resources is the prerequisite for the realization of china’s agricultural modernization training of rural practical talents is an important measure for the development of rural human resources. To improve the quality of farmers is important for solving the “three rural” problems, is important for the promotion of farmers’ income, the new rural construction and the integration of urban and rural development. The implementation of training project of rural practical talents has been many years in Zhejiang province, it has been cultivated a large number of skilled and operated talents for the rural areas of Zhejiang province, it will be positive to promote the new rural construction in Zhejiang province. But after the training, training institutions lack of follow-up management of rural practical talents, which is not only affect the rural practical talents for personal growth, is not conducive to play a demonstration effect. Based on the survey of some areas of Zhejiang province, to understand the development of rural practical talents, training teachers and tracking services for the rural practical talents after the training, based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper construct a system about rural practical talents training after tracking service, and puts forward suggestions for promoting talents training. The main research methods are literature research method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, statistical analysis and case analysis. The article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part, which describes the research background and significance, research status, research content and purpose, research methods and technical route. The second chapter elaborates the theory summary of the research on the rural practical talents, the rural practical talent concept, characteristics, types, development, growth mechanism were summarized, and the analysis of the current situation of the rural practical talents of Zhejiang province based on the questionnaire survey. Research on tracking service aspects of the third chapter elaborated the rural practical talents training, including related concepts, post training follow-up service significance and principles and effects the construction of post training follow-up service system factors, analysis of the current situation in rural practical talent training Zhejiang province after tracking service on the basis of investigation and interviews and questionnaire. The fourth chapter elaborates the construction of rural practical talents training after tracking service system, include tracking service after the training post training follow-up service implementation guidelines and promote post training follow-up service development suggestions.
