In the early 1990 s, Since the Educational and teaching theory gradually updatedand new curriculum reform had been Continuously promoted.The researcher and teachers show more interesting to the Inquisition of the teaching mode “the learning case led studied”.With the second phase of the Curriculum reform has been all-around developed in shanghai, The new round of the mathematics teaching reform clearly pointed that it is very important to pay attention to the the independent exploration ability of the students,to improve the participation of the students in the teaching activities.teaching activitiesteaching activitiesteaching activitiesteaching activitiesteaching activities.It means the traditional teaching mode “teacher-centered” is changing to “teachers as the guide and students as the main body” autonomic learning mode.Various teaching mode have emerged to comply with the requirements of the innovative talents now, So the “the learning case led studied” teaching mode has been researched by lots of the education experts and scholars because it can not only improve the autonomic learning ability of the students but also can light up the learning initiative of them.The flash and feature point of this paper is basing on the “ the learning case led studied” mode it also elaborate some special teaching mode. such like the “The migrant children school” has the obvious hierarchical structure of students. this kind of school requests the “ the learning case led studied” teaching mode also be hierarchical.This paper is taking the Shanghai Yangpu junior high school pre(the sixth grade) of as an example, The 60% of the students are migrant children in this school. Since the students come from different area the original knowledge base are different. That leads to the obvious polarization of the students performance.In order to relieve the extreme differentiation and improve the learning ability of the students.this paper will start from two aspects,one isHierarchical learning the other is Guidance stratification. It tries to improve the performance of the students in such kind of school and promote the learning interest and the independent learning ability of the basic level students by researching and using of this teaching mode.The achievement and the conclusion of this research :Write the 《The sixth grade mathematics teaching case》with the team by collecting and studying a large number of the literature. Then application in the Yangpu junior high school pre(the sixth grade).After one year test(The questionnaire survey, interviews, quasi experimental research).Finally get the below conclusion by Statistical analysis the test papers:”the learning case led studied” mode can certainly improve the learning interest, primary relieve the extreme differentiation,but there are few improvements in the test degree of the most students, Due to the test period is short and the high accomplishment request of the teacher,whether this mode is possible to be used in other school other grade or other course is still need to be further researched.
