| In the process of the curriculum reform deepening, physical education in middle school is facing a series of problem which is increasingly prominent. PE teaching how to really do for all students, how to make all students to develop, how to face the individual differences, teachers, how to adapt to the different students, how to give best education to the students, are unavoidable and sharp questions before us. In recent years, many provinces and cities have PE as a part of middle school graduate test. This policy has not only pushed forward the quality education, but also enhance the student's enthusiasm of participation in sports. However, it leads to a lot of hidden dangers and negative effects. Relatively fixed tests forced PE teaching into exam-oriented education. Examination does not match the content and materials, is making a lot of schools have to go against the principle and formulate plans according to the examination content. It ignored a series of questions, such as cultivating students'interest in PE study. In order to change the unreasonable test-centered teaching, in the PE teaching of Grade 3 tried to apply the hierarchical teaching.In this paper, the use of literature data, classroom observation, questionnaires, teaching experiment, data analysis and other methods, implemented the practice and exploration of the hierarchical teaching in PE practice course of Grade 3, analyzed the collected experimental data in mathematical statistics, on the basis of the analysis of the relevant theory of hierarchical teaching, concretely studied the procedures and strategy, and to do the relevant effectiveness analysis.It was found that stratification/ Hierarchical teaching PE at Grade 3 teaching should be recognized. After nearly a year of experimental research, experimental classes in the physical improvement and the relevant performance in sports are better than the comparison. In stratification/ hierarchical teaching experiment, we also found that the students improved their fitness at the same time also improve their learning initiative. Experimental classes and control classes in the study varied widely on the initiative. Experimental classes'students with teaching experiments carried out, the enthusiasm of studying constantly improve, growing interest in studying, take the initiative to study constantly upgrade.It shows that the stratified/ hierarchical teaching experiment is taken, including the teaching methods, teaching means, teaching contents. All of them have a lot of positive function on the concern for individual differences, enhancing the overall quality of students, cultivating the students'studying enthusiasm, stimulating the students'interest in learning, improving their inner motivation of the learning. |
