Under reform of the student-based core curriculum,teachers follow the trend of classroom reform,return the classroom to students,and apply the tutorial program to stimulate potential of students and cultivate learning habits of students in many schools.Extensive tutorial programs have been born during the reform.There were many practical problems when the same study guide was used in different students,teachers and schools in each region.For example,some tutorial programs were fragmented or untargeted.This study attempted to integrate the stratified teaching and learning case teaching of biology,and to explore the influence of stratified and differentiated teaching on the biological performance,ability,and habits of students in senior middle school.It provided an effective reference for the teaching teachers in the field of hierarchical optimization design,preparation,practical application,classroom management and evaluation.On the basis of the use survey,the collection and analysis of the application cases of referral cases from 17 different levels of schools in the northeastern part of Chongqing,a theory of the hierarchical optimization design and compilation of referral cases was studied.We have optimized and designed a stratified,different and typical tutorial program of chapter 5 in required course one issued by People`s Education Press.By comparing the application and effect of the typical referral case,it was found that the teaching of stratified and differentiated referral case was beneficial to improve the teaching effect.The innovation of this study was to collect and optimize the design of the referral cases of high school schools at all levels in Chongqing,so that students at different levels can find the demand points in the teaching of the referral cases.Stratified and differentiated referral case is practical and operable,and help students initiatively explore new knowledge.
