The flourishing development of knowledge economy, the international competition becomes more intense, which put forward higher and higher requirements for talent’s quality. In order to highlight the teaching characteristics, lay a solid foundation for education for all-around development, achieve the goal of education and cultivate integrated talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. All primary schools are developing their own school-based curriculums to highlight their characteristics. Shanghai HY primary school establishes the conception of teaching evaluation of school-based curriculums which is led by Green Indicators, the initially educational mechanism formed is according with the school actual and students’ development.This article is based on the teaching evaluation of School-based Curriculums, which are I become an adult in the book tickets and I become talent in the greenwaves, for the study. Combining with actual situation and according to curriculum standards, teaching objectives, teaching experience, relevant scientific theories, and the factors associated with the evaluation of object, to develop the teaching evaluation criteria for Shanghai HY primary school of the school-based curriculum is made. Through the implementation of the evaluation criteria, using combining treatment of the qualitative and quantitative method to analysis the evaluation data. Finally the suggestions are offered for two School-based Curriculums and improvements offered for evaluation work. Simultaneously, it can provide some suggestions for the same primary school of the school-based curriculum work.
