"Guideline of Curriculum Teaching Materials for Introductions of Chinese Excellent Traditional Cultures in Primary and Secondary Schools" issued by Ministry of Education in 2021 highlights that all educators across the country should actively develop local art-curriculum resources for quickly adopting to the existing educations of intangible cultural heritages in wide range of schools as one better carrier to guide their perceptions of Chinese excellent traditional cultures,as well as improving the total aesthetics and humanistic qualities of this population.Under the current background of active development of local art resources,enhancement of Chinese excellent traditional cultures and realization of the mission of “Casting Soul and Educating People”,as one important intangible cultural heritage and one of the key excellent local-art resources in Xuzhou City,Huangji Dough Sculpture has better met actual demands of introductions of art curriculums in more primary schools.Based on the principle of“Combination with Theoretical Research,Field Research and Teaching Practice”,by sorting out various local art resources fit for introductions of primary-school art curriculums in Huangji Region,this paper firstly conducted a series of on-site surveys and literature-related organizations around local art resources in Huangji Region,focused on extracting representative dough sculptures therein.And then,fanning out from point to area,starting from production process of Huangji Dough Sculpture,exploring the teaching contents,teaching methods and evaluation approaches existing in primary-school art curriculums,as well as conducting further explorations,it completed corresponding thoughts about subsequent introductions of Huangji Dough Sculpture into primary-school art-teaching practices.And through a series of surveys and analysis around the current situation of local primary-school art teaching work,this paper further explored corresponding effective ways to introduce the current resources of Huangji Dough Sculpture into primary-school art-classroom practices,as well as designed corresponding modular curriculums for better meeting overall cognitive development level of students.Finally,based on the theoretical data obtained from previous surveys,it compiled a series of practical teaching plans,as well as carried out corresponding educational practices within the scope of primary-school art curriculum.In teaching practice,by cultivating students’ hands-on capacities and innovation skills,it’s highly recommended to pay attention to their acquisitions of direct experiences and feelings in practices.And by means of setting up the current teaching contents closely connecting with students’ personal experiences and life experiences,it further guided how to use things and experiences in life as raw materials to create more dough sculptures,aiming to focus on solving various problems,such as insufficient connection between primary-school art classroom and daily life of this population,as well as trying to gradually form one feasible approach that others can learn from while providing a variety of new-curriculum teaching resources for local primary-school art curriculums.
