In the field of modern science and technology education,more and more researchers pay attention on student’s ability of problem facing in the real life. This research attempts to start from the perspective of cognitive theory in scientific and technological practice, combined with the practice of developing school-based curriculum, to explore the change of student’s cognition through the real situation and comprehensive practice activity which are designed.This article is under the guidance of cognitive theory in scientific and technological practice,the whole study belong to action research.Normally,the studies about the development of school-based curriculum was focus on the operation of the curriculum system. This study is based on the outcomes of cognitive theory in scientific and technological practice, highlights the the process of choosing and constructing of the learning materials,designing of the practice activities and the designing of the assessment of such activities. First, this study demonstrates the necessity and rationality of the comprehensive activities and real situation from theory level.Secondly, based on the theory, this study construct school-based curriculum model.Finally,to check this model, this study does an experiment in a middle school in Shanghai Fengxian District.In the experiment, we design the different situations,practice activities and the assessment of the activities combines the concrete theme.From this study, we find students’ development of ability of operational representation will help students to solve problems in real life; Situation and practice activities can make a contribution to the students’ cognition development, especially in the consciousness of teamwork.In addition to the development of cognition, we find this curriculum also can benefit to the development of feelings and attitudes.
