The exploring process of using their own hands, raising questions and seeking answers is the process of children obtaining wide scientific knowledge, preliminarily learning scientific methods and skills arid developing scientific attitudes. This process is also the entire one of devetoping children抯 curiosity, stimulating their interests in study and training their good scientific behavious and habits. Scientific education program is of great significance to the early training of children抯 scientific quality. Scientific education in kindegarteiis of our country began in the early 1980抯. Helpful attempts and great efforts have been made, but many problems remain. The an thor has heeii doIng a series of researching experiments on children抯 scientific education program in kindergartens for quite a few yqars on the basis of comprehensive stuI(iy and research of education theory, psychology theory and scientific nursery theory. During the course of experimenting, the author, through teaching practice, has carried out an equal--group experimenting research on children抯 cognitive ability, tine ability of using hands, observing ability and thinking ability in the way of doing games. The experimenting results show that children are able to obtain preliminary scientific knowledge and developing their interests in science when doing scientific games. This research proves that developing children抯 scientific education program in the way of doing games in kindergartens is an important way of carrying out children s scientific education. This experimenting research i.s very popular with kinudergartenners and parents ani(i is highly thought of.
