Research On The Application Of Sports Game Teaching Method In Primary School Basketball Class

Game is a kind of entertainment carried out under the some rules. It is full of fun consequently many people like it, especially children and teenagers. We can make full use of the game’s instruction and combine with primary school basketball course during the process of sports teaching. So that it can stimulate students’ interest in basketball learning,make students learn in the game and exercise, and improve the quality and efficiency of learning. Therefore,through these methods,it achieves the educational effect.In this paper, we combine sports games teaching method with primary school basketballcourse.The whole teaching process of primary school basketball courseis ran through the appropriate roper sports game from preparation to finish, guiding students get the purpose that learn to play and play to learn. At the same time, it will improve the quality of students’ health, so that the students in physical educationbasketball course do not produce dull mood.This paper compares effect of sports games teaching method with the traditional primary school basketball teaching comparison through the literature material law, questionnaire investigation and teaching experiment research methods and so on. The author randomly select 60 boys in grade five, dividing into two classes, as experimental object. On the basis of deep understanding of sports games teaching method, the author applies it the grade five basketball course to prove that the school sports games teaching method in the primary school can raise students’ interest inlearning basketball, improve students’ physical health, and cultivate students’ basketball skill and so on.After more than two months teaching experiment, we can draw the conclusion as follows:1, Through the result of teaching experiment,the author analyzes that using game teaching method in primary school basketball course is better than the traditional basketball teaching method,which can promote the primary school students comprehensive development ofbody shape, flexibility quality and vital capacity.2, Through the result of teaching experiment,the author analyzes thatusing game teaching method in primary school basketball course is better than the traditional basketball teaching, which can enhance pupils speed, strength and endurance quality.3, Through the result of teaching experiment,the author analyzes that using game teaching method in primary school basketball course is better than the traditionalbasketball teaching method,which can cultivate pupils basketball basic skills.4, Applying game teaching in primary school basketball course is better than the traditional basketball teaching, because it can motivate the pupils’ interest in sports, promote pupils’ physical exercise consciousness,andform their habits.5, Through observing the process of teaching experiment, the author thinks that using game teaching method in primary school basketball course is more conducive to arouse the enthusiasm of students, and is more helpful to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
