Special education particularity and complexity of the object determines thespecial education teachers are all teachers face the greatest challenges and difficulties,requiring the highest degree of specialization groups, therefore, special educationteacher training need to rely on a more complex training system and systems. Withthe further development of special education, the needs of our special educationteachers and the increasing number of improving the quality requirements of specialeducation teacher training in terms of objectives, methods, structure, hierarchy, type,curriculum, etc. are adjusted accordingly and reform.In this paper, a brief review of the history of special education, based on thecombination of the author’s interviews and surveys of current issues regarding specialeducation teacher professional development were discussed, and found our specialeducation teachers on the basis of professional development new direction-"divideto become a professional."The article is divided into four parts, the first part of the first chapter, describesthe purpose, meaning and methods of writing and literature review in this paper, andthe text of the relevant concepts are explained. Chapter II of the development processfrom special education, analyzes the research status of special education and specialeducation teachers and the problems, try to put special education teachers to achievean important measure specialization-"points to the specialization." The third chapterin the "sub to specialization," the premise of the second chapter, the creation ofspecial education for our professional curriculum comparative study found that theseproblems in the curriculum, try to raise "points to the specialization "curriculummodel. The fourth chapter is to "divide the professional" curriculum model to explainand make the appropriate course schedule, although rough but it can epitomizes theauthor’s main idea.Classification for certain types of training may be necessary to develop the basiccharacteristics of children with special needs and special education of future teachersspecialized knowledge and skills in order to take targeted measures in the actualteaching process more conducive to the professional development of special education teachers Therefore, special education teacher education "of theprofessional" curriculum model is a special education teacher training to build a newroad and idea.
