China is an ancient civilization and pay more attention to education, it has a longtradition of education, learning and research of traditional Chinese education,rational use of educational resources by considering the actual, Inheritance andinnovation of outstanding heritage education, It is important that our current languageteaching reform."Green Chinese" have much effect that heritage and innovation of traditionalChinese language education. I put the "green language" as a starting point in thispaper. Summarized this idea by two aspects,"green reading " and "green writing".And to analyze the theoretical basis. On the basis of determining the scope oftraditional language education, I explored the relationship between the "greenlanguage" and our traditional language education by three ways: Inheritance oftraditional teaching poetry, beyond the closed nature of language education,"Greencomposition" inheritance and innovation to traditional language education. In thetraditional front, I think about the future direction of development of languageteaching, re-look at the traditional problems. In addition, on the one hand shouldinherit the fine traditions, on the other hand should also promote the teaching reform.So that to better serve for today’s language teaching. On the basis of in-depthanalysis, summed up the value of the "Green Chinese”. The purpose is to have anobjective, dialectical evaluation.
