The class is the basic unit of modern school education to work on, this wouldmean that, the most hopeful and most development possibilities adolescence person’slife is spent in the class. Class educational value development is thus the focus ofresearch in the school education, the concern class education is based on schooleducation to be responsible for the growth of the students, angle to be responsible forthe quality of life of students, concerned about the students’ comprehensivedevelopment and quality of life improvement trend is consistent with contemporaryeducation.The form of classes during the long-term development, people’s understanding ofthe function of education has undergone a significant change, beginning to think thatthe function of the class is assisted instruction. To the early stages of development, recognize class’s management features,and then to carry out the discussion aboutclass’s social function in a wide range, until now people began to reflect that “person”always lack in class education, recognize that the most important functions of theclass is promote the development of students.The change of class’s function make the head teacher can’t press the traditionalmethod to construct class. Head teacher should build students’ position, whether thehead teacher has the students’ position can analysis from six respect: head teacherexpect students can take the initiative to develop, take the developmental evaluationto the students; Head Teacher correct understanding of the students, correctunderstanding of the head teacher’s work; Positioned myself in the studentdevelopment possibilities’ discoverer and creator, the spiritual care of the students,students positioned as the owner of the development, and the master of classconstruction; Head teacher to change a single way of thinking, from the teacher’spoint of view and the perspective of students starting to think about the problem; Inthe day-to-day behavior, care for students, democracy to their students; Richeducational activities, apply the type of support education to students. From the analytical framework of the students position, through the questionnaire, found thatthe head teacher lack of students position in the class construction. Thus, the headteacher in the class life can construct the students’ position in two ways: researchstudents’ developmental needs and make the student to self-management in class life.
