Based on thisbackground, this article surrounding the topic of how to establish conforms to YOEEcompany performance management system on the status quo.First of all, in the study of human resource management theories of motivation,cognitive and behavioral, this article analyzed and combed YOEE company’s presentsituation and the existing problems, adopted investigation methods of empiricalresearch and model, to build a performance management system on the train ofthought;Secondly, combining with the characteristics of small and medium-sizedenterprises, according to the nature of the performance management cycle, guidingideology based on management to be simplified, design conforms to theperformance management system framework for the development of the company;Finally, in order to enable the system to fully implement and play their role inmanagement, put forward the proposals to carry out the performance managementsystem.Results show that the design of the performance management system in YOEEcompanies at this stage of development, can be more effectively used in practice, forthe company to further realize the normalization, to stride development provides thereal operating standards, constructive reference, is also expected in this paper, similarto the construction of enterprise performance management system play a certainreference function. |
