In this process, the student will be deliberately out to show their best assignments and grades, so that students will gradually learn to ignore the difficulties encountered, doubts and errors and other issues of the collection. However, the difficulties, doubts and errors such as problem students in the learning process chemistry encountered is their true thoughts and academic performance, is the most valuable student feedback on the knowledge, the students from these chemicals is a problem and errors in constantly enrich their experience:to gain a comprehensive development.Meanwhile, the chemistry learning problems is an important teaching resources. Studied chemistry teacher learning problems, first of all can be more timely and accurate grasp of the real objective of each student’s learning, and thus be more targeted guidance; Second, it can also help teachers understand their own teaching situation, teachers themselves to promote student learning and teaching of reflection and understanding the problems found in teaching and improving teaching and choose effective teaching strategies to promote teachers’ professional development and improvement.Therefore summary, this paper combines the characteristics of teaching and teaching resources in poor mountainous areas in southern Shaanxi, learning problems and evaluate the chemical combine portfolio to be used to promote the comprehensive development and raise the level of professional development for teachers of students. In this paper, from the five aspects of the chemistry building and exploration portfolio to practice:(1) Researching and collating relevant literature on the issue of portfolio research at home and abroad to learn the status, trends were reviewed;(2)The theoretical basis for the establishment of chemical problems and explore the portfolio;(3)Chemical problems of meaning and development portfolio;(4)Respectively, from the "student-centered" and to establish and explore from chemical problems "teacher-centered" teaching practice of portfolio;(5)Comparative study of chemical problems before and after use of portfolio analysis.The purpose of this research study from the establishment of the student body chemistry problems starting portfolio, students play an active initiative in teaching practice, students self-reflection, self-evaluation, self-monitoring capabilities, promote student non-intelligence factors such as the development of baking, thereby enhancing students’ learning ability and academic performance, and ultimately promote the overall development of students. Then from the establishment and the teacher as the main research portfolio of chemical problems starting, students collect and solve chemical problems in the process, to understand students’ strengths and weaknesses, understand their own teaching situation, to promote reflection on their own learning and teaching and understanding of the problems found in teaching and improving teaching and promoting teachers’ professional development, to further improve the efficiency of classroom teaching chemistry.Finally, the researchers carried out through the establishment and practice of chemical problems portfolio in Ziyang County, Ankang City Gaotanzhen third-year student in junior high school, get a little Conclusion:The chemical combination of learning problems and teaching philosophy portfolio assessment is feasible, but also by the recognition and support to students and parents. To study the problem, but the chemical active portfolio into different schools, teachers and students of different teaching practices, but also the actual situation of the majority of educators and schools where their own professional features constantly to exploration and innovation, efforts to explore a chemistry problem for their own learning and student teaching portfolio.
