| The new curriculum's core idea is"everything is done for the student's development". In order to adapt to the new curriculum implementation and development of requirements, enhance the multiple quality of training for students, people began to re-examine the existing students'evaluation system, the functions of evaluation system change paying attention to discrimination and selection into development. New types of assessment ways such as portfolio come into the field of vision of primary and middle school teachers in china just under such background.Currently, portfolio assessment has entered many of our teaching reform experiment area, this new method has its unique in examining the course of study and embodying students'individuality which the paper tests don't have, it is a useful complement to traditional examinations. On the based of the theoretical study of portfolio assessment, I inspect the practice of portfolio in N Primary School in Chifeng city of Inner Mongolia as a case research. In the course of conducting research, I have used questionnaire survey on 320 students and 14 teachers, and had an interview with 30 students and 14 teachers. Through analysis of portfolio assessment method in the application of elementary mathematics,I try to find the problems in the teaching practice and search the causes of which. Writer found that there are some problems in portfolio assessment in the primary mathematics such as the level of understanding of the evaluation of teachers is not very deep,the content in portfolio are not representative, portfolio evaluation criteria is not clear,the results of feedback of portfolio assessment is not timely. So, to improve the effectiveness of the primary mathematics portfolio assessment, teachers should learn more relevant theories,guide students to collect and store the materials for portfolio reasonable, develop a reasonable evaluation criteria, and feedback portfolio evaluation results timely. |
