The new curriculum reform points out clearly, teachers should attach great importance to development and utilization of teaching resources, teaching resources into class resources and extracurricular resources. In order to achieve the teaching goal, we have to extend teaching space, out of the excellent teaching resources to find out from the textbooks in the box. Now,"interpret the images era","visual culture first" has become the trend of the times, more and more people cannot do without the film and television media, television has become an important part of people’s life and work, of course, also become an important resource for student learning. The movie resources into the teaching, in the information society is no longer a fantasy, but a feasible way. Development and utilization of teaching resources will provide real, effective practical basis for the reform process, and to carry out the teaching focus is to construct a new teaching mode in the process of exploring movie resources and the integration of teaching, so as to improve teaching quality, cultivate good character and healthy development of personality is of far-reaching significance. Based on the above, this article will be rational development of teaching resources and the effective use of this one problem, made a research and analysis, the hope can provide some reference for our future teaching.This paper is divided into three parts. The first chapter, is the basis, main characteristics analysis of video resources, according to the theory of resource development and utilization of teaching, make teaching resources into effective teaching significance.The second chapter, Chinese teaching in T junior middle school as an example, the implementation of strategy of resource development and utilization of teaching, will be focused on how to combine resources and film language discipline, practice integration from reading, writing, oral communication three aspects of video resources and Chinese teaching, then the effect of preliminary practice conducted a questionnaire investigation and analysis.The third chapter, focuses on the rational development of teaching resources utilization and some suggestions on the organization and leadership, the management of teaching resources, shortage of specified video resource, emphasizing the development of teaching resources of film and use the principle of strict compliance, and analyzed the relationship between development and correctly handle the need in the process of.
