| The lack of interaction between teachers and students makes a distance. Teached in this mode, Students can only be rigid,be lack of innovative thinking. The main reason is the teacher did not choose the suitable teaching methods both for students and himself.Therefore, the new curriculum reform, on the basis of the Correct view of traditional teaching methods, puts forward the new requirements of teachers’ education concepts, teaching methods and the exploration and development of curriculum resources. Under the guidance of this concept, this article explores the Story Methodology in junior middle school. This Methodology,which is more conducive to the development of the students,introduces vivid story materials to the class,creates a pleasant teaching situations, strengthens mutual cooperation between teachers and students, makes students get creative thinking and scientific development.The Methodology of "Story-centered Curriculum" approached by the famous American scholar Schank from Carnegie Mellon university,the anchored instruction Methodology developed by John Bransford,the Sandwich Story Methodology, the teaching concept of "learning by doing", activity theory,"teachingã€learning and doing unite" from Tao Xingzhi, all lay a profound theoretical basis for the story Methodology.This article demonstrate the feasibility of using the story Methodology in junior middle school from characteristics of ideological and moral subject, the junior middle school students’psychology, thinking and learning ways, the textbooks and the utility.Also,this article illustrates the necessary application of story teaching method in junior middle from the current problems existing in the teachers’traditional teaching, junior middle school student’s present study situation and the need of carrying out the new curriculum concept.This paper discusses effective strategy of the use of story teaching method in junior middle school, including the teaching stories’selection principles, the techniques and methods of the teachers’ use of story, the using nodes and attention points of the use of the story. |
